It started out as a great excuse to drink beer and make a fun documentary. But filming this unique and unusual hobby unexpectedly turned into a personal quest to tick 500 beers.

The filming lead to many questions and insights, far beyond the actual hobby and the ale. The whole experience gave me an understanding of the social and cultural importance of beer. I met some interesting characters with intriguing opinions and experienced a very different past time I knew very little about.
